What changed - the short version

The AgentZone has been rebuilt from the ground up with a modern, secure login system, a richer dashboard, live business reports, a per-day availability planner, an integrated pricing calculator, a smart route planner that hands your day's pick-ups straight to Google Maps, and a cleaner bookings workflow. Everything you used before still works - but now it's faster, safer, and looks great on your phone.

A dashboard that tells you what matters at a glance

The moment you log in, you see today's date, how many pick-ups are waiting and how many loads are already collected. No hunting through menus. No mental maths.

Your pick-up list is now organised into date chips so you can plan your route in seconds. Each booking is a card showing the customer, time slot and status - tap "View Details & Actions" to expand.

Update the booking, get paid, print an invoice - from one card

When you've collected the ironing, the green "Update the Booking" button sends a payment request to the customer AND triggers your payout. Invoice options sit right underneath.

Card payments are built in - no card reader needed. Our fees are automatically deducted.

Picked-Up view shows what's paid, what's owed, and who's ironing what

Every load you've collected is listed with its final amount, payment status and which member of your team is ironing it. Return dates are front and centre so nothing gets forgotten.

Completed bookings now have a proper search bar. Look up any past job by customer name, invoice number, phone or postcode - even from years ago.

Plan the fastest route to your pick-ups - in one tap

The brand-new Route Planner pulls every collection and return for a chosen day, works out the shortest driving loop from your starting postcode, and hands the whole route straight to Google Maps - ready to navigate before you turn the key.

  • Three-step form: pick a date, enter your starting postcode, hit Optimise
  • Handles up to 10 stops per route - longer days are automatically split into multiple routes
  • Optimised for the shortest total driving distance, not just the order the bookings came in
  • Live count of Total stops, Collections and Returns at the top of the page
  • Each stop shows the customer, time slot, address, phone number, delivery notes plus one-tap Directions and Call buttons
  • One-tap handoff to Google Maps with every stop preloaded - no copy-pasting addresses
  • Mobile-first design so you can plan from the van, and a Print option for the glovebox
